Dr. Karan Chopra is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Chopra grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, before training at a number of highly respected institutions, including the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the Univerity of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and Johns Hopkins University, an institution ranked as the top overall hospital in the country by US News & World Report for 21 consecutive years.
